Aranglow Skincare provides professional skincare treatments, facial therapies, and specialty programs. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with state regulations in New Jersey.
Booking Platform
We use Square for appointment scheduling, client communications, and payment processing. By booking through Square, you agree to their terms of service.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled online or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations: For clients who are using a package, a no-show will count as one session used from their package.
- For first-time clients, we require a $100 deposit, which will be charged in case of a no-show.
- Unless there is a medical emergency, all packages are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service or upon booking, as applicable.
- We accept major credit cards and payments processed securely through Square.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. For prepaid packages or cancellations made within the allowed window, credit may be applied to future appointments.
4. Health & Safety
- If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are taking medications, please inform us during booking or prior to treatment.
- Aranglow reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.
- Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
5. Client Conduct
We strive to maintain a respectful, peaceful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
